Totalcare is a family owned and operated Non Emergency Patient Transport provider based in Preston, Victoria. Totalcare is licensed and willing to transport patients and their medical and/or personal escorts statewide. In addition to our Preston branch, Totalcare has 3 depots in regional Victoria. We currently have a fleet of vehicles including clinic cars, hoist buses and stretcher ambulances. Given our multiple locations and sizable fleet, we have the ability to service the vast majority of Victoria with ease. Totalcare’s highly qualified and friendly staff provide exceptional non emergency transport services to medium and low acuity patients requiring transfers to, from and in between hospitals, health care facilities and the home.

In addition, our vehicles are equipped to deal with the day to day management of chronic conditions as well as being outfitted to respond to the emergence of an adverse event, should this occur

When organising an event, it is important to consider the risks to participants, spectators, staff and stakeholder. Totalcare offers event medical 'standby' services to a variety of public and private events. With a progressive and enthusiastic team of professional, Totalcare can offer highly qualified and experienced staff to match the requirements of your events.

Totalcare can also service private transfers including but not limited to TAC and WorkCover.

Totalcare is more than happy to custom build a package to suit the demands of your event/transfer, be it a small community event or a large scale corporation.
